Finding Balance

Finding Balance is a new video from Emilie Lee, an Alpinist contributor whose journals were featured in "The Dumpster Diaries" in Alpinist 6. Emilie's unique illustrative style, in both her video and journals, helps her stories peer into the mountain (if not always climbing) life. For example, dig through "The Dumpster Diaries".

Alpinist discovered the video at Nau, a new technical outdoor apparel company. Their media section, The Collective, features stories of positive change. What follows is Nau's blurb about Finding Balance.
